The general enrollment procedure involves the following steps:
- Complete and submit the Application for Admission form;
- Complete and submit the Health Office Student Personal Information form;
- Provide all prior school records;
- Provide proof of age with a passport or a birth certificate (Elementary School Only);
- Schedule an appointment for ISK's placement assessment.
