Moodle / VLE

Virtual Learning Environments enable teachers to supplement their classes and resources for students.

Moodle is a powerful VLE which, in its simplest form, allows teachers to post resources for students (e.g., documents and links to other web pages) and students to turn in their assignments. 

It is available off-campus as well as on-campus, enabling students to submit their work from home. 

Moodle also supports such other activities as chats, forums, quizzes and wikis.
