HS STEM Club gets ready for 2016 ISSEA STEM Competition
STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Encouraging students to be excited about science and technology is vital as many career opportunities hinge on the skills that can be learned in such a club.

The ISK STEM Club is getting ready for the annual STEM Competition to be held at the American International School of Lusaka next month. The event is comprised of a Science Olympiad, Robotics Competition, Math Bowl as well as TED-style STEM talks and an Animation and Film festival. The students have been meeting on Monday and Thursday after school as well on Saturdays building and programming robots and preparing for science and math challenges. For more information about the event, please check out the event website.
