- Withholding or failure to disclose any records or information at the time of admissions, particularly those indicating that the prospective student may need specialized support (social-emotional and/or learning support), may delay the admissions process and could result in your child being denied admission to ISK. Examples can be found below but are not limited to these examples:
- Report cards grade of attainment
- incidents at previous school (ie behavior/disciplinary),
- substance abuse,
- incident with law/child services,
- medical issues,
- mental health,

2. Discovery of Nondisclosure if it is determined after enrollment that there has been a misrepresentation or nondisclosure of information, the school will take the following steps:
- Review and Evaluation: The administration will review the situation to determine the extent of the undisclosed needs and whether the school has the capacity to support the student effectively.
- Parent/Guardian Meeting: The Head of Student Support services and divisional principal will meet with the parents/guardians to discuss the findings and collaborate on the next steps.
- Action Plan: If the school can meet the needs, an individualized plan (e.g., accommodations or support services) may be developed to ensure the student’s success.
3. Potential Consequences if the school determines it is unable to accommodate the student’s needs due to lack of resources or staffing, or if the nondisclosure has caused significant disruption to the learning environment or resulted in skipping the waitlist queue the following actions may be taken:
- Placement on an intervention or probationary plan, reviewed within a set timeframe.
- Recommendation for alternative educational placements.
- Withdrawal of the student’s enrollment from the school.
