For full-time Faculty positions, applications are reviewed through the Search Associates platform. We encourage interested candidates to register with Search Associates and apply there for any current vacancies at ISK. In some cases, specific positions may allow direct application to ISK, as indicated in the relevant recruitment profile.

Candidates are encouraged to carefully follow the application instructions provided in each vacancy announcement and ensure that all required documents are submitted within the stated timelines. Due to the high volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

We review applications submitted directly in response to vacancies posted on the Job Openings page of the ISK website. Candidates should apply only for specific advertised positions that match their qualifications and experience.

Applications for Support Staff and other positions, as indicated in the vacancy announcement, may be submitted via Google Form or email.

Where a Google Form is provided, candidates should complete the form and upload one combined PDF file that includes:

• A letter of interest
• A current curriculum vitae (CV)
• Contact details for at least three recent references, including a current or former supervisor

Where application by email is requested, candidates should submit one combined PDF file to recruitment@isk.ac.ke containing the same documents listed above.

All applications must be received no later than the deadline stated in the job posting.
